1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in CMYK Art. By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Club Details

  • The Club is designed for children aged 4-11

  • Sessions take place at [Insert Venue Address] on Mondays and Thursdays, 4:30pm- 5:30pm.

  • The Club is operated by Ella Crofts, located at [Your Business Address].

3. Enrolment and Payment

  • Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment.

  • Payment is due monthly via the CMYK website.

  • Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., cancellation of sessions by the Club).

  • Discounts (if any) must be agreed upon in advance and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If a session is canceled by the Club (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), a replacement session or refund will be offered.

  • Parents/guardians must provide at least 14 days notice for cancellations to be eligible for partial refunds or rescheduling.

5. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is collected promptly.

  • Late collection may incur additional charges of £5 for every 15 minuets.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Children must behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and property.

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in temporary or permanent exclusion without refund.

  • Parents/guardians must inform the Club of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.

7. Health and Safety

  • The Club takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment.

  • Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact details and disclose relevant medical information.

  • The Club is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Materials and Artwork

  • All art materials are provided unless otherwise specified.

  • Artwork created during sessions remains the property of the child. The Club may request permission to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes.

9. Photographs and Media

  • Photographs or videos of children may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

  • Parents/guardians must provide explicit consent during enrolment for their child to be included in such media.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during enrolment is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • The Club will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Liability

  • The Club is not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions.

  • The Club is not liable for issues arising from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure).

12. Termination of Services

  • The Club reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrolment if terms are breached.

  • Parents/guardians may withdraw their child by providing a month’s notice.

13. Amendments to Terms

  • The Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Notice of changes will be provided at least 14 days notice.
